Agent Population Analysis

All agents are not created equal.

Some are making you money, some are not. Some are new. Some will never be profitable. Some are marginal.

By examining the data about your agents, we can compare the population to the overall population in your market. That done, we can separate them into groups:

  1. Top Producers
These are the people who produce the top 25% of your company dollar.
Often this group is in the top 15% of the area agents

  2. Core Producers
These agents produce 30-50% of the company dollar.
They will make up a very high percentage of your agents

  3. Marginal Producers
    They don't produce much, 10-15%
They can make up a large portion of your population.

  4. Rookies
    10-15% of the company dollar.
Remember, they are typically on lower splits, but they need training.

Without detailed information about the people in your company, it is impossible to craft a business plan that takes you to the kind of profitability you want to achieve.
