How are your agents supporting your market share there?

If they are doing well
   You can attract other agents who are doing well there as well.
   You can exploit your dominance in advertising to the area.
   Dominate the area further.

If you have no share of the market or are very close to owning it, you need to make some recruiting decisions. Knowing the facts make the decisions better.
