What is Your Market Position?There is more than one market position in your market. Some neighborhoods are hot, others are not. Some price ranges within those neighborhoods are hot while others stagnate. Without doing precise measurements of the entire market, you may never know. You may be number three in the overall market, but be number one (or ten) in the areas that really count. You need to know. First we need to analyze the demographic nature of your area market. We examine neighborhoods, demographics and price ranges to determine what the real market is. Then we need to know about your own agents. Where are they strongest. You may be one recruit away from owning the hottest demographic in town. Or, you may be in trouble in those areas.
