Manager Coaching:
Managers are just like real people. They need their own form of training, coaching and accountability support. We provide on-going support in using the systems and materials provided.

Recruiting System:
We begin with looking at your special situation within your marketplace. Where are you strong, what are your success stories? From there we create your target list of agents with data and consulting provided by Real Data Strategies.

We provide a fully developed, step-by-step system for recruiting. This system has proven successful in many markets and areas because it is based on personal relationship and value-added. The system includes training for the manager, personal coaching for the manager, all the materials, scripts and accurate data on agents in your area. (See RDS website)

Each of these groups has its own duration, material, DVD and outlines.

Rookie Agent Program:
A coherent program for new licensees to get them productive in the shortest time possible.

Because they are not prepared by their previous experience for the special difficulty in starting a real estate business, we provide them with intense training, weekly accountability, and field training to get them in front of real buyers and sellers immediately.

Then we train them in the communication skills they need to create and maintain relationship with people over time.

They have a business plan that insures when they graduate from the program they have a book of business that will generte their business into the future.

Experienced and Rookie Agent Trainings:
These multi-day trainings are taught by our trained and certified Trainers. These trainings have been proven effective for agents of all levels of ability. Many agents take them again and again. As the agent changes so does their perception of the trainings.

Train the Trainer:
We will provide training and certification for in-house trainers. In order for this to be about your company and not about Quantum, you need internal trainers certified to deliver the trainings, accountability and coaching.
