  • What areas or zip codes are you close to being Number 1?
  • What specific agents would get you to number one in your marketplace(s)
  • Which agents are struggling with the market today?
  • Which agents' businesses are taking off?
  • Which agents have production that will increase your per person production?
  • What is the REAL production of the agent you are targeting?
  • ... and much more

Without this information you may be shooting in the dark. Inviting many of the wrong people to your office, offering them excessive commissions according to their real production.
