This graph shows the transactions per "Active Agent" as defined by RDS being those who have listed and sold at least one property. The Per Person Production is higher than other companies, but that is only a part of the picture.
This graph shows the percentage of agents who are "active" meaning they have taken and sold at least one listing. (adding to the market share.) So when you combine a high (VERY) high level of listing agents together with a high level of transactions per agent...the results are amazing.
Another Example:
63% of the agents at Tustin Seven Gables are "Productive" meaning they have listed and sold at least one property.
Seven Gables Real Estate: That is nearly 60% difference in productivity. [We use the listings sold, because the data is very accurately reported, unlike the selling agent data]
